To involve effectively and intensely the barangay and community stake holders in the fight against illegal drugs and the rehabilitation of person-in recovery into productive members of the community
To establish inter-agency partnership and cross-border and regional strategy-sharing to strengthen the anti-illegal drug abuse campaign of the city
